These Chefs only join the Family of Chefs after a visit to our farms in Nootka Sound so that they can see for themselves the amazing natural waters and the passion, experience and focus that our craftsmen bring to their mission.
Craft raised means reared by the hand of the experienced craftsman farmer in its natural ocean environment. Glacier-fed waters, perfect salinity and strong tidal currents result in a great salmon.
Recycled corrugate Thermafresh™ cardboard packaging that is exclusively ours to use keeping our fish perfectly chilled during transport. Can be 100% recycled instead of going to landfills.
Always the highest standards. Our exclusive process of harvest, hand cleaning, selection and packing by our 6 approved salmon inspectors ensures only the best 6% graduate to Skuna Bay status.
Feeding the world. And in the process helping to reduce pressure on wild salmon stocks. It also means that future generations will be able to enjoy great salmon for years to come.
